Terms and Conditions

  1. The Luxury Rewards - Spa Privilege (“Spa Reward”) is governed by the following terms and conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by UnionPay (Hong Kong) Company Limited (“UnionPay”) and designated prestigious spa centers (“Spa Centers”) participating in the program. Entertainment Group (Asia) Limited (“EGAL”) and the respective participating Spa Centers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions of the program, and to terminate the program at any time without prior notice to the UnionPay Diamond Prestige cardholder (“Cardholder”). UnionPay, EGAL, and the Spa Centers accept no liability for any such changes.

  2. The Spa Reward must be used on or before 30 November 2025. Blackout dates apply:

    • 24-31 December 2024

    • 1, 29-31 January 2025

    • 18-21 April 2025

  3. The Spa Reward cannot be transferred; used for partial redemption or in conjunction with any other offer, voucher, coupon rebate, membership privilege, credit letter, promotion, gift certificate, or discount; is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash, other products, or services; and is not for sale or resale. In the event of any fraud or abuse, UnionPay and EGAL reserve the absolute right to forfeit the Cardholder’s eligibility to utilize the program without prior notice.

  4. The services and/or goods of the designated spa treatment redeemed by the Spa Reward are the responsibility of the respective Spa Centers and its related suppliers (“Suppliers”) and are not the responsibility of EGAL. The Spa Centers and Suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of UnionPay or EGAL.

  5. Any person enjoying the Spa Reward (“Guest”) does so at their own risk. Guests are responsible for their own health conditions and voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidentals whether occurring before, during, or after using the Spa Reward. Please inform if there are any special health conditions that the Spa Centers need to accommodate. If the guest is pregnant or suffers from any medical conditions, the guest should not use any of the facilities without prior professional consultation or permission from their doctors.

  6. Guests are required to strictly comply with all rules and regulations of the Spa Centers. The Spa Centers reserve the right to refuse entry or evict any guest whose conduct is disorderly, discourteous, or inappropriate; causes a disturbance; refuses to comply with the spa center’s request; or poses a threat to security or the enjoyment of other guests without refund or compensation.

  7. All matters and disputes, including the interpretation of these terms and conditions, will be subject to the final decision of EGAL and/or the respective Spa Centers and shall be final and conclusive. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  8. The Cardholder will receive a spa voucher which is required while making the reservation for one complimentary designated signature spa treatment (either the Cardholder or any one person the Cardholder designates that is age 16 or above). All communications will be through the Cardholder only.

  9. When making the reservation, Cardholders are required to provide their personal information, including full names along with contact phone numbers and email addresses. Personal information will only be used and shared for legitimate and specific purposes necessary to provide the service.

  10. Reservations are subject to availability and must only be made through EGAL via phone or email at +852 2834 0060 (Hong Kong), +853 6262 6326 (Macau), or lili@eg-rt.com. The Spa Centers do not accept reservations through other channels or walk-ins. Reservations require at least 5 business days in advance. Confirmations of successful reservations will be sent to the Cardholder’s email registered with UnionPay only.

  11. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Once the initial reservation is successfully confirmed, you can reschedule up to 3 times within 90 days from the date of the initial reservation or before 30 November 2025, whichever comes first, and subject to availability. Cancellations and/or rescheduling must only be made through EGAL via phone or email at +852 2834 0060 (Hong Kong), +853 6262 6326 (Macau), or lili@eg-rt.com. Cancellations and/or rescheduling require at least 2 business days in advance. The Spa Centers do not accept cancellations and/or rescheduling through other channels.

  12. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time as a courtesy to the next guest. No refund, compensation, or exchange will be permitted due to the late arrival, alteration, unavailability, postponement, or cancellation. The Spa Reward will be deemed used if the guest does not cancel the scheduled appointment according to the cancellation and rescheduling policy.
